In this video, I go through the entire process step by step to replace fuser and fuser pressure rollers on Brother HL-L8260CDW printer. The first symptom of a bad or damaged fuser roller is wrinkled paper when it comes out of the printer. Paper wrinkling is an indication of the media (paper) overheating during toner fusing process. Fuser roller is also visible in the back of the printer after opening a rear panel and can be inspected for damage without removing a single screw. Replacing a fuser roller is not too difficult if you follow my video but does require a certain skill level. Sometimes projects like this should be left to the certified repair professionals.
