I think make this part from aluminium mould is not good idea from ninebot, but cheap, this bad idea because huge mechanical pressure on this part. Of course this part will broken sooner or later.

Upgrading my Swagger 5 controller. The process would be the same for the Xiaomi M365, Bird, or Lime scooter. This is not just upgrading the controller but also a complete overhaul of the internal electrical wiring of this scooter.
After the recent MANDATORY firmware updates rolled out by Xiaomi, flashing custom firmwares with downG and the ScooterHacking Utility android apps fails: the main issue seems to be the newer dashboards coming with BLE157 - which interferes with the flashing of non-approved firmwares. I initially thought that the ESC micro had something done to it to make it more secure - but - just swapping over the dashboard has worked for me. I would expect this method to become redundant soon :)
