Welt and Gepard are S tier bro you are off base
List can be updated since Jing Yuan came out which is an easy S tier, but I think Clara is a high A tier. She is pretty much on par with Jing Yuan when it comes to extra damage, I have Seele but Clara has been usially the one carrying and taking hits for the team, especially when it comes to enemies abd bosses who have Physical Damage weakness.

I both love and hate that you within reason can't put Bailu below S tier right now because of a lack of healers
I think a character that has an insane team shield on ult, can passively "taunt" enemies and gather more energy for ult, scales with def and can pretty much tank everything for granted, has a one time revive with a free ult and a good base chance to freeze on skill deserves more credit than a character that only heals

Himeko should be in D tier!(as in dead)

From what I heard about himeko in this game she actually one of the worst units? So regardless of class B tier is probably the best for her rn since her follow up is still good

The MC is underrated in my opinion. He's more consistent than Gepard and his damage reduction is actually pretty insane (mine reduces nearly half the incoming dmg). Using the path of destruction is not bad either, the ult deals quite a lot of dmg

Man gepard is an easy s tier compos with 3 supp and a god dps are inmortal with him+ he freeze 1 of 2 times
Bro has nothing to say about welt
Gepard, Jing Yuan and Welt easy S tier. What Bronya is to buffers, Welt is to debuffers. Gepard is the best tank and Jing Yuan has a freaking gundam. Himeko B tier is fair, she's mid.
